Trainer Fined CICERO, 111., May 14.— Trainer F. R. Meisinger was fined 5 for entering the horse Sally I. in a race for which she was not eligible. This makes the second trainer to be fined by the stewards here at Sportsmans Park for the same offense. The other offender was trainer Pete Groos.
