Suffolk Stewards Crack Down BOSTON. Mass, May 15.— The stewards at Suffolk Downs issued the following rulings late Wednesday: Jockeys D. Brun-elle and J. Finnegan were suspended for five days, May 14 to 19, inclusive, for rough riding in the eighth race on May 12. A forfeiture of 0 was placed against jockey H. West for crowding in the run down the back stretch in the first race on May 12. A forfeiture of 0 was placed against jockey R. Howell for failure to keep a straight course in the stretch during the running of the first race on May 12.
