Parr and Clark Confer NEW YORK, N. Y., May 1.5.— Harry A. Parr, HI., treasurer of the Maryland Jockey Club and vice-president of the Thoroughbred Racing Associations of the United States, came from Baltimore to confer with president John C. Clark of the latter organization.
