CASHIER went to the front early, established a commanding lead and won as her rider pleased. SPEEDY LEE, a sharp factor from the beginning, came willingly when roused for the drive, but could not threaten the winner. CINDY LEE, away very slowly and forced to take up several times when caught in close quarters, could not threaten when clear. PALOMA LINDA raced evenly without mishap LANTERN was outrun. EARL V. JUST FLIP went to the front when ready, held a clear lead when settled for the stretch run and retained her advantage under a steady hand ride. RISKAIRE, outrun early, swerved into GLACIAL RUN near the sixteenth pole when subjected to punishment and could not get to the winner when straightened up. GLACIAL RUN, a keen factor from the beginning, suffered interference in the drive when bumped by RISKAIRE and weakened nearing the finish. ALANAY began slowly, was hustled fast in the opening quarter to reach a good position, then raced evenly thereafter. CARRY MEA began fast, but could not keep up. AIR GEE was outrun. ARTILLERY BOB gave way after racing prominently to the stretch. SCARFACE broke fast, then dropped far back. Overweight— Just Flip, 3 pounds; Alanay, 2; Air Gee, 1. Corrected weight— Carry Mea, 115. OUR STYLE improved his position steadily under good handling, came to the middle of the track entering the stretch and, responding to punishment, wore down the leaders to win going away. SUNAWANA, never far back and on the inside, reached the lead between calls in the stretch, but was unable to withstand the winner. HEMHOP, slow to begin and outrun early, saved ground on the final turn, made a good bid when roused, then weakened in the late stages. DATSO assumed command early, made the pace to the final furlong, then faltered. OLD BET, outrun to the stretch and racing wide, passed tired horses during the drive. BROGDEN had a rough trip. GYPSY ACTRESS had early speed. NAIRATAM quit after racing prominently to the stretch. BEAU SWEEP, fractious at the post, showed nothing in the running. ACE ODAY had early speed, then quit. WOOD ANGEL went to the front early, made the pace to the stretch under good rating, responded readily when mildly roused and drew clear without need of further urging. BRAVE BID, never far back and snugged to the stretch, could not threaten the winner when set down in the drive. BIG BOZO, on the inside and forwardly placed from the beginning, held on well in a sharp effort. DISTANT ISLE finished willingly under punishment. SHOELESS LASS began fast, forced the pace to the stretch, then gave way. ON BOARD tired after racing wide to the stretch. SISTER FOX was outrun. ABRAZO galloped off a quarter mile before reaching the post and held on well until the last furlong, then weakened. KHAYYAMS KID raced wide. SEEBEEBEE was outrun. TRIMDEM was never dangerous. The latter, on the inside and saving ground to the final quarter, came out for the drive and finished fast under punishment. PUTITTHERE, a keen factor from the beginning, closed willingly under brisk urging. GOLDEN MAN made the pace to the stretch under pressure from LIKEASNOT, but had nothing left for the drive. COLONEL READ had no mishap. ROI ROUGE tired after displaying early speed. VICTIM gave way after racing prominently to the stretch. BOLO TIE was outrun. ROMULUS was never dangerous.
