Fine Detroit Rider FAIR GROUNDS, Detroit, Mich., May 30. — The stewards issued the following ruling here this afternoon: "Jockey M. Peterson is fined 0 for striking jockey W. Cook with his whip in the running of the sixth ice May 27."
