R. Sanabria Stars in Saddle On Fairmount Holiday Card PAIRMOUNT PARK, Collinsville, HI., May 30. — Despite a threat of rain before post time a crowd of 21,960 racing enthusiasts, including Maj. Ednyfed H. Williams, chairman of the Illinois Racing Board, turned out at Faimount Park this afternoon to witness the eight-race Memorial Day program. The track was at its best for the sport and good time was recorded in all events. While the sixth race, or Maj. Ednyfed H. Williams Handicap, featured the holiday sport, jockey Rafael Sanabria, the Cuban reinsman stole the show this afternoon when he piloted the winners of the third, fourth and fifth races.
