Clifford Gets Dual Post MIAMI, Fla., May 30.— James L. Clifford, of Baltimore, was appointed yesterday to the dual post of director of racing at Gulf stream Fark and assistant to president James Donn following the board of directors meeting of the racing association. The latter was reelected. Vice-Presidents elected include George W. Langford of Miami, Stefan A. Zachar of Miami Beach, James F. Mack of Hollywood, Fla., and William L. Hutchinson of Lakeland, Fla.
