Warning of Dutch Breeders THE HAGUE, Holland, June 6 Reuters . — The elimination of the thoroughbred industry in the country is threatened, breeders warned the Dutch government today, if it reinstitutes the ban on betting. Before the German invasion in 1941 the betting ban was lifted and the industry began to thrive.
