Charles Town Rulings CHARLES TOWN, W. Va., June 6.— The following rulings were issued by the stewards today: "Jockey A. Bocson suspended for five days for rough riding in the fourth race. "Jockey E. Carrillo suspended for five days, disrespectful to starter at the barrier."
