Mutuel Employes Sign Contract MONMOUTH PARK, Oceanport, N. J., June 19. A formal signing of the contract between Pari-Mutuel Operators, Local 2388, and the Monmouth Park management will take place Friday. The American Federation of Labor group is the sole collective bargaining agency for pari-mutuel employes at this new plant.
