Presence of Benzedrine Found In Gypster; Cicero Suspended FAIR GROUNDS, Detroit, Mich., June 19. The stewards at the Fair Grounds race track issued the following ruling today: "On report of the state chemist that the urine sample taken from Gypster after winning the sixth race June 12th showed a positive reaction for benezedrine, trainer V. Cicero, Jr., is suspended for negligence and recommendation is made to the Michigan State Racing Commissioner that Ciceros license be revoked . "The purse won by Gypster is hereby forfeited and awarded to O. F. Woodward, the owner of San Yet who finished second; sec-cond money to Al Wellman owner of Wise Paisano which finished third; third money to W. E. MacDonald, owner of Vice Admiral, and rth money to J. Trent, owner of Cas n. "L. .der of the stewards." Gypster is the same horse for stimulation of which Cicero was suspended in Florida during the winter. Vincent Cicero is from Baltimore, Md., and has 13 horses listed in his care at Detroit. They are: Royal Flush, Valdina Style, Tempus Fugit, Fairy Time, Majeto, Dot O Dash, Fashion Play, Gold River, Vianfr, Loutey, Sis Galla, Gypster and Plantagenet. The latter was ordered scratched from the eighth race on Tuesday as a result of the findings of the chemist.
