Draw Again for Daybreak RANDALL PARK, North Randall, Ohio, June 20. The stewards issued the following ruling here yesterday: "The claim of C. E. Johnson for the horse Daybreak in the first race today having been found in violation of the claiming rules, A. J. Tuso and A. H. Livingstone, losers in the original draw for the horse drew again with Mr. Tuso the winner. Mr. Tuso therefor is declared the rightful claimant of the horse Daybreak out of the first race today, "Wednesday".
