Charles A. Byrne Dies AQUEDUCT, L. I., N. Y., June 2 Charles A. Byrne, former district attorney of Orleans Parish, encompassing the City of New Orleans, died at his home last night. His daughter and son-in-law, Francis and Mrs. Dunne plan to fly to New Orleans to attend the funeral services to be conducted there on Friday morning.
