Top Riders at Delaware DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., June 20. Charlie Givens, the ex-GI from Wilmington, has the race for jockey honors just about to himself now that Don Padgett has left these parts. Through Tuesday, the 23-year-old contract rider for Donald P. Rosss Brandwywine Stable had booted home 16 winners, only one short of the figure compiled by Padgett before he departed for Arlington Park. His nearest rivals, Aubrey Snellings and Robert "Red" Howell, have only eight winners each.
