Race Track of Presidents MONMOUTH PARK, Oceanport, N. J., June 20. Two presidents of the United States, Ulysses S. Grant and James A. Garfield, placed their stamp of approval on old Monmouth Park, visiting the course frequently. Invariably they were accompanied by military, legislative and legal leaders.
