Suspend Jockey R. Kirk CHARLES TOWN, W. Va., June 20. The stewards of the Charles Town Jockey Club issued following ruling: "Jockey R. Kirk is suspended for 15 days for rough riding at the first turn and a frivilous claim of foul in the second race."
