Government Officials on Hand PIMLICO, Baltimore, Md., May 9. — Among the high government officials who have made clubhouse luncheon reservations tomorrow for the running of the Preakness are John W. Snyder, secretary of the treasury; W. A. Julian, treasurer of the United States; George Garrett, newly appointed ambassador to Ireland; Henri Bonnet, ambassador from France; Maple Harle, head of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation; Philip B. Perlman, solicitor general of the United States and Tom C. Clark, attorney general of the United States.
