Winning Owner Will Receive Woodlawn Vase From Governor PIMLICO, Baltimore, Md., May 9.— Gov. Preston W. Lane, Jr., and Harry A. Parr HI., president o* the Maryland Jockey Club, will be on hand in the unsaddling ring to present the historic Woodlawn Vase to the owner of the colt capturing tomorrows 57th Preakness. The winning owner will have the privilege of the custody of the original Woodlawn Vase until the next running of the Preakness, but a small model of the vase will be presented to the winner to remain his or her personal property. As usual, the winning thoroughbred will be cloaked in a hugh blanket of black-eyed Susans, traditional Preakness flower.
