pi ecj ng dd n_ Pistons Get Tri-Citys Brian MOLINE, 111., May 3 UP.— The Tri-City Black Hawks today traded Frankie Brian, National Basketball Association fifth-ranking scorer last season, to the Ft. Wayne Pistons for Dick Mehen, Howie Schultz and an undisclosed cash sum. Hawks president B. W. Grafton said the total value of players and money made the deal one of the largest in the history of the pro cage loop.
