CRAZETTE, fractious at the barrier, sprinted into command, withstood early challenges, came out en the final turn, lost the lead momentarily then came again while carrying CORONET STAR wide. For impeding CORONET STAR, CRAZETTE was disqualified and placed second. CORONET STAR worked her way up on tie outside to take command leaving the furlcng pole, but was una! lie to oet by the offender. CHANCE BRAS r?ced close to the pace and held on wel MILAN BOY lacked early spec . JOLLY IRISH went evenly. BE PROUD was unable to threaten under late urging GREAT MORNING tired. RINGNECK, forwardly placed along the inside, came out to engage the leader after straightened for the drive, assumed command and was kept going under steady urging. MOOSE PONE assumed command at once, increased margin after a half mile, shortened stride, but held on gsmely. WENDIGO, a forward factor on the outside, failed to make up ground when put to pressure. SEDULOUS closed with good energy through the stretch. ZO-BO lacked a rally in the late stages GERHAM went evenly. JEAN METER retired steadily after failing to go along with the early leaders TORPEDERO lost rider leaving the chute. EASY PADDY showed good speed ard held on well. BUSY CARRIER went slightly wide on the final turn. BAY BLAZE showed a good effort. YESO was unable to reach serious contention PAPAYA raced wide. FARM MAID, rushed boldly after a half mile, assumed command, opened a commanding lead, but just lasted to hold PERFECT MELODY safe. The latter came between hcrses on the turn, moved to the inside for the drive and was catching the winner! TRANCE SLEEPER raced SASON into submission, but was no match for the winner. SASON tired.
