» J. J. Murphys Father Dies j WASHINGTON PARK, Homewood, 111., May 22. — Word was received here today of the death at Hamilton, Ont., of Robert/ J. Murphy, father of J. J. Murphy, Daily Racing Form correspondent on Chicago tracks. Mr. Murphy was 76 years of age and was born in Buffalo, N. Y., but had resided in Canada for many years. In addition to his -widow and elder son, he leaves another son, Robert, of Dundas, Ont., and a daughter, Ella, at home. * ■• *.
