Announce 2:00 Post Time Opening Day at Detroit DETROIT, Mich., May 22.— E. E. Dale Shaffer, president of the Michigan Racing Association, today announced a slight change in the post-time schedule for the 56-day meeting, which opens at the multi-million dollar plant here Friday afternoon. For the inaugural program, the first race is set at 2:00 oclock, the post time that will prevail the following day, Saturday, as well as all Saturdays and holidays throughout the meeting.
