Infield Course in Good Shape OCEANPORT, N. J., May 22.— Monmouth Parks infield course has been pronounced in. excellent shape for the inauguration of hurdle races during the coming June 16 — August 8 summer season of sport. No less an authority than William duPont, Jr., one of the turfs best known steeplechase and hurdle enthusiasts, toured the infield with president Amory L. Haskell and general manager Edward J. Brennan, and found • the strip in excellent condition. Hurdle racing is returning to Monmouth Park this season lor the first time since 1893, atr tracting wide and favorable attention among horsemen.
