PHANTOM GOLD Was taken up sharply when crowded after a half-mile in last and could surprise against similar com- pany. WAR LOVER Had a rough trip when third for ,500 in last and similar placing could result in victory. POLICEMAN DAY Raced well in late stages of debut and education makes him ready for brackets. BONA REQUEST Finished behind Fan-ford in swiftly-run five furlongs, and seems ready for winning effort. ROYAL FAN Gave way to Limelight in late stages of last, but wasbeaten only a length and a quarter. in 1:45. SAFETY Has trained well since good effort in Wilmington Cap, and should make an appearance-this week.
