Commission Rulings Reported to Daily Racing Form LINCOLN Nebr., June 5. The Nebraska State Racing- Commission issued the following ruling today: "May 28 Ex-groom Kenneth L. West is hereby denied a license in the State of Nebraska for falsification of application at Ak-Sar-Ben, Omaha, Nebr."
