Stewards Rulings LINCOLN FIELDS, Crete, 111., June 8. The following ruling was issued here today by the stewards: " "The claim of Frank M. Jayne for the horse, No Tricks, June 7, 1954, is void under the provisions of Illinois Racing Board Rule No. 104 elimination of stable by sale , and No Tricks is ordered returned to owner D. Clair." In two other rulings jockey Leslie L. Wickel was suspended for the remainder of the meeting and jockey Ronald Baldwin was suspended for 10 racing days, June 10 to June 21, inclusive. Both infractions were for rough riding. DETROIT RACE COURSE, Livonia, Mich., June 8. The board of stewards posted the following ruling here today: "Apprentice Carlos Varcarcel is suspended for ten 10 racing days from Thursday, June 10, to Monday, Juno 21, 1954, inclusive, for rough riding in the first race of June 7, 1954."
