George Karesh Dies George Karesh, who had been associated with the Ed Wellestat Van Co. for the last 18 years and who was well known among horsemen at Illinois and Kentucky tracks, died Monday afternoon following a short illness. Before becoming associated with the horse vanning business, Karesh worked for various stables on the circuit. Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon from Loonzes Funeral Parlor, Main St., Downers Grove. Surviving are three brothers and a sister.
