CRUSE BEULAH PARK, Grove City, Ohio, May 3.— The Beulah Park Jockey Club, Inc.. with president and general manager Robert J. Dienst at the helm, threw open its doors to begin a 19-day meeting. Trainer Van H. Stockdale sent out the first winner when he saddled Aurie Landers Little Eagle for his victory in the first race. Under the able guidance of jockey Guillermo Silva, the winner reached the wire a good length and one-half in front of C. K. Andrews Sharp One and jockey Bobby Wall. It was the first start of the year for the five-year-old Sleeper — Leets Gal gelding and the time for the 5M furlongs in the sloppy going was 1:09%.
