Commission Rulings Reported to Daily Racing Form Special to Daily Racing Form COLUMBUS, O., May 2.— James M. Burtch, Jr., secretary of the Ohio Racing Commission, today announced the following actions b. that body: "An application for a jockey license from Colin Knisley, Hamiltoh, O., has been granted. Knisley was last granted a license in 1957." "An application for a mutuel department attache license from Kenneth Pressler, Orrville, O., has been denied. Mr. Pressler may request a hearing before the commission."
