Clarke Rail Bird Speaker LAUREL, Md., May 2.— Saturdays Rail Bird Review, final of Laurels spring meeting, will feature a visit with Alan T. Clarke, prominent Maryland breeder, owner and trainer. Clarke, who maintains a farm at nearby Clarkesville, where the former stakes-winning star sprinter, Senator Joe. was raised, is one of the leading trainers of the current session with seven winners. Fans attending the tour, which begins at 9:15 a. m. from the grandstand entrance, also will be briefed by starter Eddie Blind.
