Hartack In Action Monday Night on Shenandoah Card SHENANDOAH DOWNS, Charles Town, W. Va., May 2. — Jockey William Hartack comes to his Charles Town farm Sunday following his Kentucky Derby engagement today and will be seen in action here Monday night. His appearance is certain to prove popular with local patrons as it was in this area, the crack reinsman rode during his apprenticeship year.
