Stewards Rulings WHEELING DOWNS, Wheeling, W. Va., May 2. — The stewards issued the following ruling: "Jockey Demitar Pencheff is hereby suspended for 10 calendar days for earless riding and causing his mount, Parnell Breeze, to be disqualified from second place and placed third during running of the fifth race on Thursday, April 30. His suspension begins May 4 and terminates on May 14, inclusive."
