Round Table Clocked Half Mile Over Grass " Steps Distance in :50Ys in Prep For Balmoral Turf Handicap WASHINGTON PARK, Homewood, 111., May 7.— Kerr Stables Round Table made another stride towards his comeback objective when he worked a half mile this morning on the turf course. The stallion stepped the distance in :50% after going the eighth in :12%, the quarter in :24%, and the three-eights in :37and. He galloped , out the five-eights in 1:03%. "Round Table was handled by Ray Diaz, who won several races for trainer William Molter during the winter at Santa Anita.
