Two Foals by Kerr Mares Arrive on Derby Day OKLAHOMA CITY, May 7.— Travis M. Kerr announced here today that the two most recent "hostages to fortune," foaled by his mares both arrived on Derby Day. Out in California at Northridge Farms, Paulas Nymph produced a bay colt by the Epsom Derby-winning Arctic Prince, while at Dan Scotts place in Lexington, the noted producer Starrullah had a bay filly by the former Kentucky Derby winner, Hill Gail. These new arrivals brought the Kerr Stables foal count for the year to 12 fillies and eight colts. Still to foal in Kentucky is the unbeaten English-bred Extase, in foal to the Two Thousand Guineas and Epsom Derby winner Crepello. Paulas Nymph will be bred this season to the Kerr stallion, Quick Wink, while Starrullah goes to the Preakness winner, Hasty Road.
