EVENING FOR ILLINOIS OAKS HOMEWOOD, 111., May 23.— Tom Young, Washington Park track superintendent, had a wire from A. J. Joyner, in which the G. D. Widener trainer requested stalls for the crack three-year-old filly, Evening, and others. Evening and companions will reach Washington Park on May 30 and will contest in the Illinois Oaks June 4.
