BLAIR HORSE TRIUMPHS Special Cablegram. LINGFIELD, England, May 23.— Eugene, the five-year-old gelding that races for the American sportsman, H. D. Blair, won the Cosmopolitan Cup, two miles and a quarter, here Friday, defeating A. E. Berrys Bill Falloch by a neck. Lord Roseberys Bolero was third. There were nine starters. Eugene was 6 to 1.
