KNEE GLADER improved her position and closed resolutely on the inside in the stretch. HIGHLAND FLING raced evenly. SILVER WAVE raced well until midway of the stretch, then quit badly. PHI DELTA was crowded back going to the first turn, where she bore out badly, seriouslv interfering with those on the outside and causing a mixup in which LUCKY PAL, STAMPDALE. CHORISTER.
