j RESTORED TO GOOD STANDING KANSAS CITY, Mo., May 23.— Jockey Doe ! Dyer, who was suspended here last fall, was I restored to good standing by the stewards j Saturday. The stewards were in possession j of affidavits sworn to by jockey P. Van Pelt and J. Rich, absolving Dyer of any blame in the Thelma L. race here on Charity Day last fall, in which six riders were suspended [ for practices detrimental to the best interests of racing. Of the six suspended three, Rich, Lyons and Dyer have had their sus-[ pensions lifted, while the other three, R. Ayraud, P. Van Pelt and R. Cochran, are ;• still in bad standing.
