I LEXINGTON TURF NOTES I ♦ ♦ A carload of horses was shipped from here Saturday for Montreal for the Quebec racing season. William Westerfield took seven, Ray Kindred four, W. E. Smith three and William Carroll two. The racing stable of Otto W. Lehmann, president of the Arlington Park Jockey Club, has been taken from the Kentucky Association track here to Washington Park, Chicago, by trainer William Pinch. Four horses belonging to Samuel M. Look, of Castleton, have been shipped to Bainbridge in charge of C. R. Allen. Rush McCoy, manager of Velie Stud, Blue Springs, Mo., reports the sale of the following three yearlings to T. J. Pendergast, of Kansas City: Bay colt, by Prince Phillip — Fairy Star; bay filly, by Blind Play— Ath-anna, and bay colt, by Blind Play — Chatterie.
