HAROLD H., fractious in the paddock and st the post, was eased up in the stretch after being hustled into the early lead. UNENCUMBERED, improved, was hustled into the lead in the first forty yards and gave way to BURGOO, but held on gamely. AL JOLSON closed a gap in the stretch. OUR COUNT was outrun. The latter, outrun for three-quarters, came to the outside for the drive and was wearing QUIVER down at the end. PACHECO, well up from the start, weakened after five eighths. ELCIDIO had no excuses.
