LAW SUIT FRACTURES BONE ARLINGTON, Texas, April 14. Dr. Peters, who examined H. C. Hatchs Law Suit, reported that the horse had a fractured os pedis bone in one foot and an exostosis of the left wing of the os pedis bone in another foot. This, however, will not prevent the horse from racing, and trainer Lloyd Gentry plans to have him again under colors in .the near future.
