WAGGONER SIGNS BECK ARLINGTON, Texas, April 20. Albert Beck, former contract rider for the Three Ds Stock Farm, Saturday, was again placed under contract by E. Paul Waggoner and will accompany the Waggoner horses to Churchill Downs. Beck, considered by many turf enthusiasts as one of the finest riders of juveniles in the country, was recently shaken up when he was dislodged from Phalazetta, but now has recovered and is schooling the Three Ds horses daily. Mr. Waggoner is negotiating with a nationally famous rider to share duties with Beck when the Three Ds string campaigns in Kentucky and later on in Chicago.
