00 FOR LIFE MEMBERSHIP Hal Price Headley Issuing Invitations to Sportsmen to Become Members of Keeneland Club. LEXINGTON, Ky., April 20 Hal Pric Headley, president of Keeneland Association, Inc., today made the following statement: "Keeneland Association is issuing today and tomorrow invitations to prospective members for the club at Keeneland. There are two kinds of invitations being mailed. One for life members, which will be paid up and non-assessable, membership for which is 00. This entitles the member to a gentleman and ladys button, good anywhere on the grounds, and two seats for their use at all times on the club balconies. We are also reserving some boxes in the grandstand, which will be available to these members upon application. "The other, or associate memberships, dues for which will be 0 annually, except for 1936, when we will only have a fall meeting, and the dues will be 5. This membership entitles the member to a gentleman and ladys club house badge and all other club privileges. The club at Keeneland will be available only for both classes of members and their guests. "In sending out these invitations our lists were meager, so we have no doubt overlooked many persons who would like to become members, and we will appreciate it if they will advise us, so that their names can be acted upon and an invitation mailed them. We are mailing out these invitations now, so that we can have a good idea of how much money will be available to decorate and make the club more attractive. We hope to receive a prompt reply one way . or the other, as naturally the number of members will have to be limited according to the size of the club."
