CONSIDER DATE APPLICATION TORONTO, Ont., May 14. — Application of the Breeders Racing and Driving Association for permission to conduct a fourteen-day race meeting at Exhibition Park from July 18 to August 3 was left over by the board of control today until there is a full meeting of the board. Controller Days motion that the city enter into an agreement meeting with the approval of the city solicitor was lost on a tie vote. It was then decided to leave the final decision until Mayor Mc-Bride can be present. The mayor has frequently voiced his opposition to further racing activities in Toronto. A
