1 CHURCHILL DOWNS NOTES | i — 4 Waldo Freeman, acting for W. B. Ray, purchased the two-year-olds, Flodur and Atrise from Sherrill Ward. At the close of this meeting Freeman is taking nine horses to Hawthorne and will send ten head to Detroit in charge of Fred Watrous. Jockey Melvin Calvert will accompany the Detroit 1 division.
