This morning he exhibited his latest purchase for Brook-meade, the brown French mare Diane de Poitiers, three parts sister to Sir Gallahad III.. Bull Dog and Quatre Bras II., and her food looking colt foal by Lancegaye, sire of Cavalcade. They were purchased a few days ago from Preston M. Burch.
