MAY REOPEN AGUA CALIENTE SAN DIEGO, Calif., May 14.— Word received here that President Cardenas of Mexico had lifted the ban on gambling at Agua Caliente and had requested that the race track be reopened was welcomed by a number of horsemen who have previously raced their animals at the border plant.
