SPLIT THE LE MAR STABLE LEXINGTON, Ky., May 20.— Trainer Harry S. Hart left this afternoon for Suffolk Downs, Boston, with twenty seven horses from Le Mar Stock Farm in three cars. They are due to arrive at Suffolk Downs Thursday afternoon. Trainer Hart announced that he has been informed by Leo J. Marks that eight of the horses will race in the name of his sister, Mrs. Etta Marks Franc, and that eight will carry the colors of her son, Walter L. Franc, both of Columbus, Ohio. He had not been advised as to the names of the horses so allocated, but the lists will reach him at Suffolk Downs. Walter Franc raced a few horses three years ago, but his mother, a native of Lexington and one of the beauties of the Blue Grass, is appearing for the first time as an owner. Mr. Marks and Mrs. Franc are planning to spend the summer in New England.
