BOLD VENTURES HALF BROTHER LEXINGTON, Ky., May 20.— Never having had a saddle or a boy on his back, yet galloping two miles each morning, the yearling half brother to Bold Venture, winner of the Kentucky Derby and the Preakness Stakes, is getting his first lessons on the race course. This chestnut son of Clock Tower, from Possible, by Ultimus, is the property of Henry Knight, owner of Almahurst Farm. Mr. Knight this morning said that he had refused ,500 for the colt and may decide to send him to the sales at Saratoga in August. He bought him from the Morton L. Schwartz dispersal sale last August at Saratoga along with Possible, his dam.
