VETERAN OWNER DROPS DEAD COVINGTON, Ky., May 20— Charles Baldwin, sixty-five years old and race horse owner of Streator, 111., dropped dead today in the stable yard of Latonia race track. The track officials said he had been in northern Kentucky for the past month training a horse in preparation for the opening of the spring racing meet Saturday.
